All subscriptions are charged monthly.

Soap-scription, Fragrance Fancier and Fursuit Fun subscriptions are sent out at the end of each month after the 3rd payment in the cycle has been made.

Soap Sister, Fragrance Frenzy and Fursuit Fanatic subscriptions are sent out at the end of each month.

Please reply to the email marked "EDs Subscription - Reply Required" to let us know of any disliked fragrances or allergies.

All subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.

If Soap-scription, Fragrance Fancier and Fursuit Fun subscriptions are cancelled mid-cycle (after 1st payment, but before 3rd payment in cycle), a gift card of equivalent paid value will be provided.

Fursuit sprays can only be shipped within Australia, any lootboxes heading overseas will have sprays swapped out for a product of equivalent value.

International addresses will be invoiced for additional postage charges per shipment:
- USA: Soap subscriptions +AU$25, Fursuiting loot boxes +AU$47.5
- UK: Soap subscriptions +AU30, Fursuiting loot boxes +AU$52
- NZ: Soap subscriptions +AU12, Fursuiting loot boxes +AU$20
